Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the PAX Good Behavior Game (GBG) and PAX Tools Community Education programs at Tact Community Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program partners, coordinating program implementation, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director to ensure effective program oversight and service delivery.
  • Recruit, screen, hire, and train qualified staff.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings with PAX staff.
  • Collaborate with school staff and administrators to promote sustainability and growth of PAX GBG and PAX Tools.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and trainings.
  • Support the development of the agency workplan and monitor program revenue/expenses.
  • Assess PAX Partner's performance through classroom observations and data collection.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure PAX GBG evidenced-based kernels and PAX Game are consistently implemented.
  • Support all PAX Partner trainings and provide support with grant writing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in educational, behavioral, or other related human service field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Substantial staff management/supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of the public-school system, child development, and behavioral health.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Word-processing and database proficiency.
Additional Requirements
  • Incumbents in this position will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week as job requirements dictate.
  • Evening and weekend hours may be required.
  • Maintains effective professional relationships with school staff, other service providers, and community members.
  • Recognizes and values diversity within the work environment.
  • Conduct yourself ethically, honestly, and with integrity.
