Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Assist with IV insertions, tube feedings, and other medical procedures, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
  • Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid LVN license in the state of California.
  • 2+ years of working experience as an LVN, with a focus on hospice care.
  • Experience with homebase or similar software.
