Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist I role is a critical position within our contact center, requiring a high level of professionalism, independence, and problem-solving skills. As the primary customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document best practices, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through problem-solving, education, and communication.
  • Work closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor exceptions to standard processes.
  • Provide responsive, timely telephone, chat, and email support, acting as a single point of contact for customer issues.
  • Oversee and monitor the resolution of all problems, regardless of delegation to other departments.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Foundational knowledge of computers and technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a contact center metrics-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to operate under tight pressure
  • Experience working in the automotive industry
Work Environment:

Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.

Benefits:
