- Assist in Equipment Installation: Collaborate with colleagues to install new machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into our production processes.
- Conduct Welding and Fabrication: Perform light steel fabrication and welding tasks to support equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect and Adjust Equipment: Regularly inspect equipment to identify potential issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Assist in Diagnosing Malfunctions: Collaborate with colleagues to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continuity.
- Relevant Maintenance Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, with knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform prolonged and repetitive motions, including standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must also possess hand dexterity and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

- Teachable Attitude: A willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
