Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of our patients.
- Provide psychotherapy services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
- Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Facilitate referrals for medication evaluations, inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations, and community support services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to ethical standards of practice and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, required.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-Master's in Social Work experience, under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other recognized professional, required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with the R credential by the New York State Department of Education, required.
- A competitive salary range of $34.64-$51.95 per hour.
