Job Title: LPN - Clinic, Family Medicine Job Summary: As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Powers Health, you will work under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and/or the Director / Office Supervisor to perform diagnostic procedures, assist with patient procedures, and conduct routine laboratory tests. Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostic procedures and assist with patient procedures under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and/or the Director / Office Supervisor. * Conduct routine laboratory tests, including collection and handling of infectious waste. * Take patient vitals, administer injections/immunizations, and chart and document patient information. * Demonstrate knowledge and skill necessary to provide care for all age groups and their family members. * Maintain excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities to interact with patients, physicians, and other hospital associates. Requirements: * Currently licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. * Minimum of 2 years of current clinical experience. * CPR certificate required.
