Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies, all while gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests, offering assistance and directions.
  • Safeguard employees, guests, and company assets.
  • Manage park access by verifying vehicle permits and scanning ID badges.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of designated areas.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to restricted zones.
  • Screen individuals entering the park using metal detection and bag checks.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms, medical emergencies, and other urgent situations.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, including fire risks, theft, and vandalism.
  • Oversee ride queue lines to ensure orderly boarding processes.
  • Document incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Apprehend violators when necessary, including foot pursuits.
  • Provide escort services for guests and team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and manage heavy objects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role, including long periods of standing and walking.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
