Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate representation of designs.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in Computer Drafting or Design is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting techniques and familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Experience in civil drafting is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of architectural terminology related to residential projects.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, surveys, and Metes & Bounds descriptions.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, particularly with AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
