In addition, our sales team is responsible for cross-selling products such as LCL, FCL, international air freight, customs brokerage, and FTL.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify new pipeline opportunities and present our value proposition to prospective buyers
  • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure customer needs and company objectives are being met
  • Maintain accurate records and data in Salesforce to track pipeline and KPIs
