Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profit, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement plans to improve pharmacy operations, including process improvements and staff development.
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy management, including experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and patient care.
