R&D Product Development Engineer

Join TE Connectivity, a global industrial technology leader, as a R&D Product Development Engineer in our Medical Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting product and process development engineering activities of new medical device products.
Responsibilities:- Provide support in testing of product designs, fixture design, medical device building, and processing medical devices through process equipment.
- Learn medical device technologies, tour manufacturing lines, and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Develop reports of test data with summaries of conclusions based on the data.
- Apply problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical process and product designs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering, with a concentration in medical device product and process design.
- Previous internship or large project experience is preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.24-$40.84/HOUR (subject to change dependent on physical location).
- Robust internship program with opportunities for professional development, networking, and operations experience.
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship, and Co-op positions beginning in May.
