Job Summary and Qualifications
We are currently in search of a Cardiovascular Technologist II. In this role, you will assist in cardiac catheterization and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will also perform emergency procedures related to catheterization, such as IAB and temporary pacer insertion, following established standards under the guidance of credentialed professionals.

As a member of our dedicated team, you will:

  • Exhibit responsibility and accountability in identifying patient issues and collecting accurate data.
  • Prioritize patient care and diagnostic activities based on precise patient information.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, including specific conditions and treatment therapies.
  • Show competency in performing Cath lab procedures.
  • Assist in data collection related to cardiovascular and other vital statuses, documenting findings and reporting any abnormalities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program and/or RCIS Certification and/or ARRT IR.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a licensed field, with at least one year in a cardiac cath lab.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
  • Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directions.
  • Proficiency in PC skills.

What you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Vocational School Graduate or equivalent qualifications.
