Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Facilitate logistics operations related to IT hardware, encompassing shipping, receiving, staging, disposal, and integrated projects.
  • Maintain precise inventory records of all assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assets include, but are not limited to, IT hardware, software licenses, warranties, maintenance records, and associated costs.
  • Conduct reconciliations, audits, and validations of hardware and software licenses against the installed asset base.
  • Utilize government systems for inventory tracking and management.
  • Collaborate with various agency components to ensure compliance with policies and asset maintenance.
  • Provide shipping and tracking assistance for all shipments from headquarters.
Qualifications

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to secure a DOJ Public Trust clearance (must be obtained before employment start date).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in logistics and/or asset management.
  • Experience with inventory tracking software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with UAPM, UFMS, and/or Service Now for inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in federal or government contracting logistics or asset management.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Crestron, VIQ applications, and Cisco VTC equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The role requires functioning in a general office environment.

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Regular movement around the facility is necessary to provide hands-on support.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
