**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant in Ohio.

As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional school community and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

**Responsibilities:)

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs;
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to students' unique requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff to ensure seamless support for students;

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting or pediatrics;
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution;
  • Active State License to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist;
