Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties: Manage the center's administrative functions, including billing, payroll, and general reporting.

  • Client Relations: Ensure excellent client relations, including communication with patients, families, and staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the center's financial health, including budgeting and financial reporting.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, administration, or management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years' experience in management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive, results-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work closely with staff and families, and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Work Environment

The Operations Manager will work in a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues. Occasional local and/or overnight travel may be required.

Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work with patients who are seated on the floor, in small chairs, or other home, school, community, and clinic environments.
  • Visual Tracking: Ability to utilize continuous visual tracking to monitor the movement of patients and the surrounding environment.
