Our Opportunity Summary:

As a Cloud Hardware Systems Engineer in the DRAM Engineering group at Micron Technology Inc., you will be working with compute platforms in a data center environment, seeking out different failure mechanisms, predictability, and their effect on the overall system environment. You will also support system-level DRAM validation, system characterization, failure analysis in the Cloud space, and analysis of different DRAM architectures to improve correctability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running and configuring diagnostic software
  • System debugging
  • Crafting experiments
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Crafting custom tools
  • Communicating data to both internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Proven experience/background in computer engineering or software engineering
  • UNIX / Linux operating system experience and understanding
  • Experience in fields related to data centers, memory product engineering, system compatibility, and/or semiconductors
