Position Overview: We are in search of a highly imaginative and talented Landscape Designer. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound enthusiasm for landscape architecture and possess a meticulous attention to detail. This role entails crafting distinctive, professionally recognized landscape designs that cater to the aesthetic and functional desires of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise original and inventive landscape designs that resonate with client preferences and project specifications, challenging the norms of conventional landscaping.
  • Engage in close collaboration with clients to grasp their vision, preferences, and requirements, ensuring that designs meet or surpass expectations.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate with the landscaping team to ensure precise and efficient implementation of designs, offering guidance and support as necessary.
  • Select suitable plants, materials, and hardscapes to enrich the design and promote sustainability within the landscape.
  • Prepare comprehensive design plans, including sketches, renderings, and specifications for construction.
  • Ensure compliance of all designs with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in landscape design and incorporate innovative techniques and materials into projects.
  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients, elucidating design elements and choices.
  • Conduct site assessments to verify that the execution of designs aligns with quality standards and design intent.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in various locations as required.
  • Proficient in both 2D and 3D design software.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work is required for consideration.
  • Preferred candidates will have over 5 years of experience in the field.

Compensation: We provide a competitive salary complemented by commission-based earnings.
