Position Summary: We are in search of a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our facility. This role involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing team performance, and ensuring adherence to our brand standards while driving membership growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the coaching and sales teams to enhance overall facility effectiveness and growth.
  • Ensure all team members uphold our brand standards.
  • Maintain a safe, enjoyable, and clean environment for members.
  • Oversee the execution of the sales process and onboarding of new members.
  • Guarantee a premier member experience at all times.
  • Manage and participate in marketing and community events.
  • Inspire and guide the sales team to meet membership goals.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to all staff members.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of facility personnel.
  • Plan and achieve monthly membership targets.
  • Monitor and report on facility growth and retention metrics daily.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our high-energy facility, building relationships with members and the community to ensure a strong member base. Your focus will be on delivering a first-class member experience consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and basic computer proficiency.
  • A fitness-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment or as a fitness facility manager.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
  • Resourceful and capable of executing action plans effectively.
  • Passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Desire to enhance professional skills in sales, marketing, and member engagement.
