We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Burns & McDonnell. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the nation.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of heavy civil projects, including port utility and roadway infrastructure
  • Manage projects that require diverse services, including construction, environmental, and technology teams
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for projects and processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Collaborate with managers, marketing staff, and other Burns & McDonnell Global Practices to identify and analyze business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program
  • 7 years of civil engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office tools
