Your Responsibilities... As a Pest Control Technician, your role will involve assisting community members by addressing their pest-related concerns and fostering long-term relationships through integrity, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include traveling to client locations, evaluating pest issues, and implementing tailored treatment plans. You will work to resolve current pest challenges and suggest preventive measures to avert future problems.

Who You Are... To thrive as a technician at Pestban, you should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. You will also possess:
  • The ability to navigate customer properties safely, including climbing stairs and ladders to reach difficult areas
  • The capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • The willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Technical skills with computers and mobile devices
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule (Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
