Your Responsibilities... As a Pest Control Technician, your role will involve assisting clients in resolving pest-related issues while building lasting relationships through integrity, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include traveling to client locations, evaluating pest problems, and implementing tailored treatment plans. You will address current pest challenges and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

Who You Are... To thrive as a technician at Pestban, you should possess enthusiasm, dedication, and a keen attention to detail, along with a passion for customer service. Additionally, you will need:
  • The ability to navigate client premises safely, including climbing stairs and ladders to access hard-to-reach areas
  • The capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • The willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule (Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
