Job Description:

As an Actuary Associate, you will work with Senior Associates to provide advice to clients on their benefit programs, with an initial emphasis on defined benefit plans. You will develop your financial, business, and consultative skills, and your career path could range from a pension actuarial focus to a broad client strategy role.

The Skills You Bring
  • Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or quantitative subject major preferred
  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, along with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations while being inventive and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to the actuarial career path via a passing score on at least one Society of Actuaries examination

The base salary range for this position is $64,000-$121,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
