  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary philosophy and exceed guest expectations.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of kitchen operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and food safety protocols.
  • Guest Experience: Collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Menu Development: Work with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menu offerings that meet the evolving tastes of our guests.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff, promoting career growth and development.
  • Inventory and Purchasing: Manage inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure efficient purchasing practices.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports, including inventory, labor, and sales data.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in fine dining restaurants, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
  • Certifications: Possess a Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection from the local Department of Health.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain good hygiene and posture.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a minimum of 60 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer
