Director of Food and Beverage Operations

As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for leading the strategic business development of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation. This includes overseeing the implementation of departmental strategies, ensuring the brand service strategy and initiatives are executed, and driving revenue growth and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement property-wide strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Lead a team of food and beverage professionals to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve profit margins, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
