About the Role

Bourbon Pub, a vibrant restaurant concept by Mina Group, is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant through exceptional food quality, innovative menu development, and outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary philosophy and exceed guest expectations
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, manage costs, and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu innovations, and culinary best practices
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with the restaurant's management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership
  • Impeccable culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality control
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
