Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale ERP projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement business and IT processes, optimizing organizational structure and workflow
  • Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, facilitating technical and functional transformation
  • Evaluate IT and ERP architecture, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
  • Design and implement feasibility studies for ERP strategy, defining global and local deployment approaches
  • Develop infrastructure approaches and high-level designs for ERP solutions, considering cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
  • Optimize depth of value added in ERP, restructuring core processes and managing IT projects
  • Analyze and evaluate ERP architectures, recommending software and platforms
  • Manage projects and expectations, maintaining control of situations when they escalate
  • Develop team talent, providing direction and facilitating technical architectural discussions
  • Assist with business development through proposal writing and project scoping
  • Contribute to thought leadership through written publications and speaking at events and conferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or relevant field
  • 6+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management, with a focus on SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Experience in business process design and configuration, with a proven track record of delivering successful ERP implementations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, with a strong understanding of IT and business processes
  • Experience with decision-making processes at large organizations, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong customer and results orientation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Confidence and persuasiveness, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes
  • Experience planning and managing large, complex projects, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
