Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of educational activities and promote active participation among children.
- Engage in classroom activities; oversee cleanliness, upkeep, and accessibility of educational materials.
- Maintain regular communication with parents through informal conversations and progress updates.
- Encourage self-sufficiency and hygiene practices through exemplary behavior.
- Facilitate smooth daily transitions from home to the educational setting.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in child care.
- 60 college credits or Paraprofessional certification.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
- Understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
