Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of educational activities and promote active participation among children.
  • Engage in classroom activities; oversee cleanliness, upkeep, and accessibility of educational materials.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents through informal conversations and progress updates.
  • Encourage self-sufficiency and hygiene practices through exemplary behavior.
  • Facilitate smooth daily transitions from home to the educational setting.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in child care.
  • 60 college credits or Paraprofessional certification.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, either professionally or personally.
