Job Summary

Adams Outdoor Advertising, a leading outdoor advertising firm, is seeking an experienced Systems and Cybersecurity Administrator to manage and secure its infrastructure, specifically within Office 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 and Azure cloud environments to ensure optimal security, performance, and availability.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with various identity providers to secure applications and streamline user access.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across all IT systems.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities in real-time.
  • Manage and maintain Windows servers and virtual machines (VMs).
  • Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, and related systems to ensure proper access control and configuration management and security hardening.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, including policy enforcement, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Administer various security platforms (Defender, AV/EDR/MDR, SIEM, Conditional Access, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a strong focus on Office 365 and cloud administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity administration, best practices, and security platform implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows servers/VMs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
