This position will serve as the pharmacist-in-charge at a new specialty center building infusion pharmacy. The pharmacy will fall under the supervision of Regions Hospital Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Review medication orders and dispense medications and related supplies
Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information to healthcare providers
Oversee the work of direct support personnel and perform related duties as assigned
Meet all regulatory requirements for the pharmacy
Requirements:
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota
Solid understanding of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy rules as well as USP standards
Post-graduate training and/or specialty BPS Board Certification
Licensed preceptor with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
