Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Steinemann Inc. in Ohio.

About the Role

This full-time position involves managing extended sales cycles, pursuing and following up on leads, and requires familiarity with governmental emissions regulations. Participation in trade shows and conferences is also a key component of this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and growth of existing customer relationships
  • Building and maintaining strong customer connections
  • Developing and presenting proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Closing sales deals and driving revenue growth
  • Providing consultative sales expertise and solutions to customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
  • At least 5+ years of technical experience in the industrial field
  • Proven success in presenting information to various audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Basic understanding of thermodynamics
  • General knowledge of commercial steam systems
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
