Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales goals, manage labor costs, and maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
