Job Title: Executive Manager

Job Summary:

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
