Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Instruct and motivate patients to learn and improve functional activities.
- Comply with all regulatory guidance, including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing/coding guidance.
- Communicate effectively with patients, public, and healthcare team members.
- Observe patients during treatments, compile and evaluate data, and report progress to Physical Therapist.
- Fits patients for, adjusts, and trains patients in use and care of orthopedic braces, prostheses, and supportive devices.
- Confers with physical therapy staff and other healthcare team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information.
- Provides instructions to Physical Therapy Technicians who assist with Physical Therapist workflow.
- Graduation from physical therapy school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association.
