Position Overview

TEC is seeking a highly motivated and talented Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer (Engineer-in-Training) to join our dynamic project team. As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to various engineering tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in mechanical engineering principles, design methodologies, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing engineering calculations and analyses related to mechanical systems.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed design layouts and documentation using industry-standard software tools.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
  • Develop proficiency in company-specific design standards and methodologies.
  • Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit MEP is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within the team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
