Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our real estate professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our real estate professionals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, including sellers, buyers, and lenders
  • Produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts
  • Manage transaction documents and complete necessary paperwork
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Manage customer relationships using CRM software
  • Support marketing initiatives and engage with our target audience on social media
  • Create visually appealing designs using Canva
  • Demonstrate knowledge of AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Jasper
  • Maintain a clean driving record and assist with occasional errands or transportation needs
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools is an absolute requirement
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Real estate experience or knowledge is highly desirable
  • Social media savvy with a strong understanding of various platforms and their uses
  • Experience using Canva for design and familiarity
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive attitude, growth mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
