Estimated Salary: $16-$18/hour

Job Overview

This role involves testing, updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing high volumes of hardware. Key responsibilities include removing/adding RAM, taking stock and inventory of hardware and parts, navigating the BIOS on all laptop and desktop computers, and providing documentation. Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of computer components required
  • Professional experience troubleshooting and repairing computers is a plus but not required
