Position Overview:

The primary role of this position is to support various functions within the marketing department. Responsibilities include assisting the Tour Reception, Administration, and Marketing Managers. Key tasks involve making confirmation calls for scheduled tours, hosting engaging In-House Party Weekend Events, aiding in daily administrative data entry, and supporting managers with supply orders and new hire documentation. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the role may require split days off, split shifts, and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct morning confirmation calls for all scheduled tours.
  2. Host party weekends, participating in receptions, dinners, and luncheons.
  3. Assist with weekly payroll reviews and administrative data entry.
  4. Manage new hire paperwork, ensuring all marketers are properly licensed and uniforms are issued.

Qualifications:

a) Education: High School diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, administration, customer service, or management.

b) Training: Successful completion of background and drug tests, along with typing, Excel, and math assessments.

c) Skills: Proficiency in standardized consumer finance testing, computer literacy, and strong command of English for reading and writing.

d) Experience: Exceptional customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years in accounting. Marketing or sales experience is a plus.

Compensation Structure:

During the training phase, the hourly wage is set at $18.00, supplemented by commissions and bonuses. Post-training, compensation aligns with the state's minimum wage, along with commissions and bonuses.
