Responsibilities
  • Monitor and direct all aspects of production workflow.
  • Manage administration, tracking, and follow-up for warranty and receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Address customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop staff by setting performance expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete body shop department reporting and month-end procedures in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager.
  • Solid understanding of estimating processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off of Department Net, bonuses based on manufacturer approvability. The total annual estimated earning range is $86,000-209,500.
