Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of expertise in project management and scheduling within the utility sector.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale projects.
- Proficient in project scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and enforce scheduling policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee and synchronize complex schedules for individuals, teams, or projects.
- Examine scheduling data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Offer guidance and support to junior schedulers or assistants.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure schedules align with organizational objectives.
- Communicate any schedule modifications and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to comprehend their scheduling requirements and preferences.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior schedulers or assistants.
- Lead discussions and meetings related to scheduling tasks.
- Ensure schedules are precise, current, and compliant with applicable regulations and policies.

Compensation Details: $40.00 to $42.50 per hour
