The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles with expertise in Objective-C or Swift.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering effective solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage team commitments and project timelines.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and functions.
- A focus on user experience in product decision-making.
- A proven history of leading high-performing teams in software development.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering roles.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
