Job Title: iOS Home Video Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced iOS engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of the Home app on the iOS platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions for HomeKit security cameras and video processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software solutions for HomeKit security cameras and video processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Apple services
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following Apple's coding standards and best practices
  • Work closely with human interface designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Contribute to the development of new features and technologies to enhance the Home experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in iOS development
  • Strong programming skills in Swift and Objective-C
  • Excellent understanding of optimization and performance issues across OS software layers
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to tackle complex problems
