Job Description

As an Engineering Manager at Apple, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences on our iOS and macOS platforms. We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive the development of our Contacts app, working closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software features and products.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a technical leader, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in iOS and macOS development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
