Crescent Services is a leading provider of hospitality services, and we are seeking a seasoned Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest service
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel-wide goals and objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
