We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditing Team Lead to join our team in Buffalo, NY.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing assigned engagements, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve audit efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to facilitate workflow and ensure seamless communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain expertise in professional standards.
  • Prepare and present reports, including audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (150-hour degree preferred).
  • CPA exam in process or certification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in auditing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with ability to learn new software.
What We Offer

EFPR Group LLP offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. We also provide a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.

Consideration will be given to qualified employees who wish to work remotely. The position is based in Buffalo, NY, but we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements.
