Job Title: RV Service Advisor

At Airstream Las Vegas, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer requests, and working closely with our service technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer information and vehicle issues in our service system
  • Work closely with service technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs
  • Provide estimates and quotes for RV repairs and services
  • Communicate with customers about the status of their repairs and any additional recommendations
  • Ensure all warranty work is properly documented and submitted
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest RV industry trends and products
  • Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and promote repeat business
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in RV repair and service preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the RV industry, with proven knowledge and skills in RV repairs and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for service and repair documentation
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
