About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Classical Charter Schools. As an Associate Teacher, you will work closely with a lead teacher to develop your skills and expertise in a kindergarten classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering lessons that align with our rigorous, classical curriculum
  • Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a structured learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve challenges and implement instructional improvements
  • Proactively seek feedback from team leaders and instructional coaches to enhance your practice
  • Contribute to the development of scholar skills and knowledge through instruction, behavior management, and administrative duties
Requirements
  • 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Undergraduate degree by first day of work
  • Experience working with children
