Job Summary:

To provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers, you will engage with them through friendly and genuine interactions, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.

You will use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations, actively selling and ensuring a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards.

Additionally, you will leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches and promotions, to drive sales and customer engagement.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for protecting company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing inventories and initiatives.

Work on the selling floor requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.
