About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Association. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a full-time role, initially working 24 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding to 40 hours after an adjustment period. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

About Our Organization:

NVT Staffing currently utilizes Certiflex for accounting and Jenark for managing condominium fees. We are in the process of transitioning to the Enumerate platform; therefore, familiarity with this software would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable systems, generating and analyzing related reports.
  • Adhere to policies and systems for collections and notifications.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledgers effectively.
  • Ensure accurate processing, coding, and data entry across all accounting applications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate customer and client balances.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly summaries for management review.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and public relations, interacting with colleagues and clients professionally and courteously.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Accounting/Financial Management.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable accounting software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a proactive approach to assisting customers and co-workers.
