Job Title: Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Eastridge Workforce Solutions. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple onsite programs within the strategic accounts division, including managing a team of onsite managers and supporting the implementation and onboarding of new programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and hiring managers to provide knowledge and guidance on program processes, policies, and next steps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing support and resolving issues related to the program.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each requisition, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and develop relationships with hiring managers to build business partnerships.
  • Manage and communicate daily attendance, absences, illnesses, and work-related injuries, as well as requisition management.
  • Implement and maintain timekeeping systems, ensuring compliance with program policies and requirements.
  • Facilitate smooth and timely onboarding of contingent workers, clearly outlining requirements and processes.
  • Respond to operational issues, reporting and escalating to program managers as needed.
  • Conduct status meetings with managers to survey client perception of service, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: English and Mandarin speaking.
  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • On-site staffing and/or recruitment experience.
