Sollis Health is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to enhance our members' experience as the initial point of contact in our concierge clinics. As a key ambassador of first impressions, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while guiding patients through the intake and checkout processes.

Position Type: Per Diem - Primarily in Beverly Hills, with potential shifts in other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming members and patients upon their arrival, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.
  • Managing patient accounts through our electronic medical records (EMR) system, which includes scheduling appointments, processing patient intake, updating registrations, scanning documents, and reconciling daily schedules.
  • Conducting temperature assessments and COVID-19 screening inquiries.
  • Inputting membership leads and patient demographic information into Salesforce.
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, and home visits as necessary.
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Answering the medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the correct team members for medical care, billing inquiries, or other assistance.
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable office environment that aligns with Sollis brand standards.
  • Handling mail distribution and facilitating the mailing of items to members, including signing for packages when required.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring rooms are adequately stocked, restocking supplies as necessary, and collaborating with the inventory coordinator for additional orders.
  • Performing related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, but ideally, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality and/or medical office settings is strongly preferred.
  • A solid administrative background, particularly in managing customer interactions over the phone.
  • The ability to efficiently implement and enhance established office routines and policies.
